  • What customizations do you offer?

    We’re happy to work with you to customize your order. Minimum quantities will apply for any customization, and the price and timeline may be adjusted accordingly. We offer custom stickers, ribbon colors and a customized postcard with your company’s logo.

  • How far in advance do I need to place my order?

    Since our team bakes and ships to order each day, we need some advanced notice to plan for large orders. We typically require one week’s notice for large orders and an additional week if your order includes customization. That said, we know that sometimes time isn’t on your side and are always happy to try and accommodate a shorter window. Send us an email at corporategifts@carolinaground.live and we’ll see what we can do!

  • Do you offer bulk discounts?

    Yes! When ordering $1,500 or more worth of cookies (for example, that's 29 or more 8-pack gift boxes), you will receive a 10% discount off your order. Please note, the $1,500 threshold does not include the cost of shipping and shipping costs are not eligible for the 10% discount. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
